Founder Partner · Reviewer network
Network Terms
These terms apply to authorized members of the Founder Partner reviewer network who have access to the private Signal Desk. Founders trust us with early, unpolished thinking. These terms exist so that trust holds.
- Effective date:
- August 3, 2026
- Version:
- 2026-08-03.v1
This document is provided for transparency. It is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by an attorney.
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to every person granted access to the private Signal Desk operated by Glenn Yancy. Accessing the Signal Desk means you agree to them. They are in addition to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice.
Reviewers participate individually. Access does not make you an employee, agent, partner, or representative of the operator, and does not create a fund, partnership, or joint venture among reviewers.
Handling founder submissions
- Keep founder submissions confidential within the authorized network.
- Access only what you need for review and routing.
- Do not store founder information in personal systems beyond what is necessary for an active, authorized follow-up.
- Do not forward founder contact details to anyone outside the authorized network without the founder's permission.
Permitted use
Founder information may be used only for Founder Partner review, routing, and appropriate follow-up with the founder — nothing else.
What you may not do
- Export, copy, or redistribute the signal database or any substantial part of it.
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download founder records.
- Add founders to personal, firm, or portfolio marketing lists.
- Use founder submissions for competitive intelligence, including for a company you operate, advise, or have invested in.
- Promise funding, an investment, or an introduction on behalf of Founder Partner.
- Use founder information to solicit business unrelated to Founder Partner review and routing.
How you represent the network
- Do not misrepresent the size, composition, mandate, or authority of the Founder Partner reviewer network.
- Do not imply that Founder Partner endorses a founder, a company, or an investment.
- Do not imply that Founder Partner has conducted diligence on a submission.
- Be clear when you are speaking for yourself rather than for the network.
Credentials and shared access
- Protect your credentials. Do not share them outside the authorized network.
- Use a unique password and enable available account protections.
- Report suspected unauthorized access promptly to glennyancy@gmail.com.
Limited pilot: shared accounts
During the current pilot, some access may run through a shared account. Where that is the case: credentials must not be shared outside the authorized network, actions taken through a shared account may not be attributable to a specific individual, and the shared-login model is intended only for a limited pilot. Individual accounts replace it as the network grows.
The Read
The Read is an internal, AI-assisted interpretation of a founder’s submission. It may be incomplete or inaccurate. It is not a diligence conclusion, an investment recommendation, or a statement made by the founder.
- Always read the founder's own words before relying on The Read.
- Do not disclose The Read to founders or to third parties without authorization.
- Do not quote The Read as though it came from the founder.
Founder deletion and do-not-contact requests
Founders may ask to be deleted, withdrawn from future routing, or marked do-not-contact. When you are notified of such a request, stop contacting the founder, stop using their submission, and delete any copy you hold, except where you are legally required to keep it.
Access, revocation, and return of information
Access to the Signal Desk is granted at our discretion and may be suspended or revoked at any time, with or without cause. When your access ends, you must stop using founder information and delete or return any founder information in your possession, except where retention is legally required.
