Privacy requests
Ask us for a copy of what you submitted, correct it, delete it, or stop future routing. You do not need an account, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Make a request
What happens next
- We acknowledge requests and aim to respond within the time applicable law requires, and otherwise within 30 days.
- We may need to verify your identity, usually by confirming control of the email address you used.
- Withdrawal from future routing and do-not-contact requests are applied as soon as we can reach the reviewers who hold the signal.
- Where a request is denied and applicable law grants an appeal right, we will tell you how to appeal.
What we may have to keep
We do not promise immediate or complete deletion in every circumstance. Limited records may be retained for security, audit, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and the establishment or defense of claims, as described in the Privacy Notice.
